*Membership registration is subject to approval, so please allow some time for your registration to be reflected.

TAKOYAKI connects language teachers who want to teach with students who want to learn.
During that process, we will conduct a survey to gather your preferences, so you can find a teacher and student that match your needs.

④ No worries about financial troubles
Tuition fees are initially paid in advance to the TAKOYAKI management.
Since the payment is handed over to the teacher only after the lesson has been confirmed to be completed, you can teach without worrying about financial issues.

As for future developments for TAKOYAKI, we plan to collaborate with educational institutions such as universities.
If university research or other purposes require data on language learning, you may be able to learn the language for free if you are selected as a learner.
お支払いについて
お支払いと報酬受取りの流れ
TAKOYAKIでは、生徒様にも先生様にも安心してご利用いただけるよう、運営が間に立ってお金の管理をサポートしています。
【お支払いと報酬受取りの流れ】
① レッスン前（生徒様のお支払い）
マッチングが成立し、レッスンが確定したら、生徒様にはレッスン前に受講料をお支払いいただきます。お支払いただいた代金は、運営側で安全に一時お預かりいたします。
② レッスン実施
お約束の日時に、生徒様と先生の間でしっかりとレッスンが行われます。
③ レッスン後（先生様への報酬お支払い）
授業の完了が確認できましたら、運営が預かっていた受講料から運営手数料10%を差し引いた金額を、先生様へお支払いいたします。
【授業直前のキャンセル・返金について】
万が一のときも安心！授業直前の全額返金保証
TAKOYAKIでは、生徒様が安心してレッスンを予約できるよう、万が一のトラブルに対する補償制度を整えています。
① 先生からのキャンセル発生
予期せぬ事情などで、先生側から授業が直前キャンセルとなった場合、レッスンは不成立となります。
② 運営による速やかな全額返金手続き
運営が一時預かりしている受講料から、生徒様へ全額返金の手続きを速やかに実行いたします。
③ 生徒様へ全額返金完了
お金が消えてしまうような心配は一切ありません。生徒様の手元へしっかりと代金が返還されますのでご安心ください。
【生徒ドタキャン時のレッスンについて】
先生も安心！生徒様の直前キャンセル時の対応について
TAKOYAKIでは、先生の大切な時間や労力が無駄になってしまわないよう、トラブルを防ぐための明確な仕組みを設けています。
① 生徒様による直前キャンセル・未払い発生
指定された期限（前日の指定時間など）までに生徒様からの受講料のお支払いがない場合や、急なキャンセルが発生した場合、レッスンは不成立となります。
② 運営からの速やかな確認とサポート
運営チームから生徒様へ確認の連絡を行うとともに、状況を速やかに担当の先生へご報告・ご連絡いたします。
③ 先生への不利益防止の徹底
お支払いが確認できない状態でのレッスン実施や、先生側が一方的に損をしてしまうことがないよう、運営が間に立って適切に管理・サポートを行っています。
⚠️ 【注意事項】
生徒側の都合や未払い等により授業（レッスン）が実際に行われなかった場合、先生への報酬は発生いたしません（お支払いされません）ので、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
